As each plushy is made to order, the processing time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days depending on the size and complexity. After crafting, we offer free shipping and we ship all of our orders with USPS priority 2-3 day shipping, which means delivery times will depend on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping on all orders! Once your order is crafted and ready, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. Shipping times will vary based on your location, however we use USPS 2-3 day priority shipping on every order.

Our plushy are made from high-quality acrylic yarn and filled with hypoallergenic polyester stuffing. These materials are selected for their softness, durability, and safety.

To keep your plushy in the best condition, hand wash it gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay it flat to dry and reshape it as needed. Please avoid machine washing or drying to prevent damage.

Due to the custom nature of our plushy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the problem.

We do not offer gift wrapping, but if your plushy is a gift, we would be happy to include a special message on a card. Simply let us know your message at checkout or contact us directly.
